What is CBD?

CBD (cannabidiol) is a natural ingredient derived from the hemp plant. It is not psychoactive, which means it does not cause intoxication.

Do your products contain THC?

Our cosmetics contain pure CBD (CBD isolate), which contains no THC. Every batch is tested in an independent laboratory, and the summarised results are published on the product pages. You can find the exact composition of the oils on the product page.

Is CBD legal in Hungary?

Yes. Our products comply with Hungarian and European Union regulations.

Are CBD products medicines?

No. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. If you have a health problem, please consult a professional.

How can I pay?

By bank card through the secure SimplePay online payment system (we do not see or store your card details), by bank transfer (in this case we ship your parcel once the payment has arrived), or cash on delivery when you receive the parcel.

How long does delivery take?

We confirm your order within 2 working days and ship the products within 3 working days of payment. Delivery is carried out by Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post).

How much does shipping cost?

You can see the current shipping fee at checkout, before payment. Shipping is free for orders over 50,000 HUF.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship abroad. International shipping costs 4,500 HUF; cash on delivery is not available for international orders. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs clearance and any local charges are paid by the customer. For reseller enquiries, please write to us at: info@cbdmtherapy.com

Can I return a product?

Yes, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Details can be found in the Terms and Conditions .

How should I store the products?

At room temperature, away from direct sunlight, tightly closed after use.
